This legal document (from hereinafter the "legal document") regulates the use of the service provided by the internet portal www.clusterenergía.com (from hereinafter "the site") of the Cluster de Energía , duly registered in the Mercantile Registry and with address at C/ San Vicente 8, Edificio Albia II. 4ª plta Dpto. B. Dcha. 48001.

Legislation
Con carácter general las relaciones entre Clúster de Energía con los Usuarios de sus servicios telemáticos, presentes en la web, se encuentran sometidas a la legislación y jurisdicción españolas.
The parties expressly revoke any other jurisdiction they could be entitled to and undertake to subject themselves expressly to the courts and tribunals of Bilbao in order to resolve any controversy that could arise through the interpretation or execution of the present contractual conditions.

Contents and Use
El Usuario queda informado, y acepta, que el acceso a la presente web no supone, en modo alguno, el inicio de una relación comercial con Clúster de Energía.
The site owner does not necessarily identify with any opinions which may be expressed thereon by any collaborators. The Cluster de Energía reserves the right to make any modifications deemed opportune to the site without prior notice, being able to change, eliminate or add to the contents and services provided on the site and the way in which they are presented.

Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

For the purposes of the provisions set forth in the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on Personal Data Protection, the Cluster de Energía informs the user of the existence of a personal data file created by and for the Cluster de Energía and under its responsibility with the aim of managing and maintaining the relationship with the user and also information tasks. You, the user, give your express consent for the inclusion of this data in said file and for the remission of commercial information from the Cluster de Energía which could be of interest to you. On acceptance of the general terms and conditions, the Cluster de Energía will request some basic data from the user in order to provide the services.

Registration of Files and Forms
The completion of the registration form is compulsory in order to enter and use the services offered by the site. Not providing the personal data requested or the non acceptance of the data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe to, register for or participate in any promotion which asks for information of a personal nature.
In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December on Personal Data Protection, you are informed that the personal data obtained as a consequence on registration will be incorporated in a file owned by the Cluster de Energía and domiciled in the Cluster de Energía, having implemented the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December.

The user is the sole party responsible for the veracity and correctness of any included data, exonerating the Cluster de Energía of any responsibility in this regard. The user guarantees and responds, in any case, for the precision, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided and undertakes to keep them up to date as required. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.. The Cluster de Energía is not responsible for the veracity of any information which is not of its own elaboration and is from another source and does not assume any responsibility for any hypothetical damages which arise from the use of such information. The Cluster de Energía reserves the right to update, modify or eliminate any information contained in its website pages, as well as to limit or deny access to said information. The Cluster de Energía shall not be held responsible for any damage or cost whatsoever which the user may suffer as a consequence of error, defect or omission in the information provided by the Cluster de Energía, provided that the information comes from sources outside the group.

To exercise said rights and pursuant to instruction 1/1998 of January 19th of the Data Protection Agency, it is necessary that you confirm your identity to the Cluster de Energía by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document or any other document that is recognised by law. However, modification or rectification to your registry details may be carried out on the site itself having previously identified yourself through your user name and password.

Security Measures
The Cluster de Energía has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data, and attempts to install any other technical means and measures available to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of personal data provided to the Cluster de Energía. The organisation will not be responsible for any damage or prejudice which could be derived from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer virus, failure or disconnection of the telephone line during the operation of this electronic system produced by causes not attributable to the Cluster de Energía, of delays or blockage in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads in the Data Processing Centre, in the internet or other electronic system; nor of any damage that may be caused by third parties through illegal interference beyond the control of the Cluster de Energía. The foregoing notwithstanding, the user must bear in mind that internet security measures are not impregnable.

Acceptance and Consent
The user declares he is aware and has been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the automatic processing of this information by the Cluster de Energía in the manner and for the purposes shown in this Policy for the Protection of Personal Data. Certain services provided in the portal may contain particular conditions with specific provisions in relation to personal data protection.
