The Governing Bodies of the Basque Energy Cluster are:

General Assembly

Made up of all the members, it is the body that expresses their will. Among other powers, it is responsible for the examination and approval of the annual accounts and the budget for the following year, the election of the members of the Board of Directors and the approval of their management or the approval of the annual fees for members.

Board of Directors

It is the representation body that manages and represents the interests of the Association, in accordance with the provisions and directives of the General Assembly.

It is currently made up of the following member entities:
